Energy Labelling

Home appliances we supply for the Hong Kong market — including televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, water heaters, induction cookers and LED lamps — carry the mandatory Hong Kong energy efficiency label where applicable. Buyers can use these labels to compare running costs across models before placing an order.

Safety Standards

We source electrical products from manufacturers who hold recognised safety certifications. Plugs and connectors are suited for the destination market. Supplier safety documentation is requested and kept on file — available to buyers on request for due diligence purposes.

End-of-Life & Environment

Regulated electrical equipment sold in Hong Kong is subject to the local producer responsibility scheme for waste electronics. We manage our obligations accordingly and factor recycling arrangements into our supply and delivery terms where relevant.
